It can be happening for all those reasons mentioned which results in you just holding onto that rein too much. Thanks Tanga, that is all very useful! I did read it and had a ride afterwards. Definitely setting Ding up more before I ask for he 1x tempis with a bump of the legs and a jiggle with the reins helped a lot. He's always been a slow twitch fibre type horse. Tanga, that's frustrating. It is a lot of effort and $$ to achieve what you have and it's crap that they are arguing over semantics. Glad you're feeling better though.

You had 6 tests per level! Ours is same or similar as USDF ones with 3 per level. I'm not sure I could have remembered all the tests if there was that many that could be chosen!
