Re: What on earth happened to me today?
Sending you hugs, Teresa! It WAS a very traumatic experience what happened to Steele. The anniversary coming up and similar events of course triggered all those horrible memories and feelings. You take care of yourself!

Re: Why am I not losing weight?
One mile is not enough. I trained for a half marathon this summer/fall and didn't drop a pound (50 and menopausal). Re: Amusements appropriate for dementia?
I have heard caring for a doll makes many women with dementia very happy. She can dress and undress, "bathe" it with wet wipes (or a dry wash cloth), rock it, sing to it, etc.

The fitbit syncs with your phone by bluetooth, but the phone then syncs with your online account by data or wifi.

Re: Any runners here?
I finally feel like I can call myself a runner. Ran my first half marathon two weeks ago!
I was told, if you are out there running, you are a runner. It doesn't matter how fast or slow you are, you are a runner.
I can try to answer any questions you might have...

Sorry, that is downright rude! I would have eaten and let them have cold leftovers when they arrived. No rewarding rude behaviour!
