Thanks blob, I have been looking at it and I think I will do it. I will start with the first program as I am coming off an injury and as my physical therapist keeps reminding me ....slow and steady. Will I need the 3 in 1 resistance bands and balance ball for the first program?

redsoxluvr It might truly depend on where you are located and the availability of a MacRider saddle fitter. They have started to do road trips and covering different cities/states. If you love the saddle, it still might be worth.

I pretty much always ride in Peacock stirrups simply for the safety reasons, I have the Herm Springer Balance stirrups but I rarely ride in them. I have causally looked at the Acavallo Arena Alupro Safety Stirrups. It's all about the safety for me right now, as my one pony is still green. Perhaps, w...

UPDATE
I just got off the phone with a MacRider saddle fitter Valerie McCloskey (315) 335-3557 (yes, I got permission to post her name/phone number). I am very excited, she seems like she will be very easy to work with and very knowledgeable. She also does saddle fitting for other saddles.

Thanks!! I will be checking out a lot of bareback pads! I think I will be doing a lot of walking in the riding ring improving my balance and then onto trotting! Funny..it's been way too many years of riding in a saddle that has me a tad scared of going to a bareback pad.

I am considering purchasing a bareback pad for myself to use in the round pen or riding ring to help improve my balance or get it back to where it once was!
