Young horse training east coast

I have a friend on the east coast area who may be looking for someone classical and compassionate to gently start her Lusitsno stallion. Any suggestions?

I know some one in new jersey. By classical do you mean french, or traditional.

She lives in eastern NY so I'd say in general east coast. Classical as in no gadgets, humane, goes at horses pace, excellent care.
