Everything works great
Its a 3 horse slant load step up, 7 feet wide.
The living quarters are 8 feet by 7 and include a full bathroom with shower and toilet separate from each other.
The bathroom has a 3 shelf cupboard but no sink.
There is a 2 burner stove, a 3 cubic foot refrigerator, a single sink and a dinette that folds into a bed. In the nose there's room for a queen size bed as well as several cupboards to store bedding, hanging clothes, etc.
In addition there is a hanging closet tall enough to accommodate coats, shirts, chaps, etc.
The living quarters have an antenna but are also wired for cable or satellite.
There is an outlet outside and a full length awning.
The horse section has 3 slant stalls, the front stall has a stud wall, so you can use it for storage or a mudroom as well as a horse stall. There is a rear collapsible tack room.
Tires are in great shape, batteries in great shape and the roof was rubber sealed this summer.
It has an electric jack.
