SOLD!--Conestoga C-25 manure spreader

Not sure where this should be posted, but I'm selling my manure spreader. Since my beloved oldster has gone to the Rainbow Bridge, and there are no horses in the immediate future for me, I can't see keeping it. This spreader is just over 1 year old and has many hours of good use still available to someone. It is in excellent condition. I'm in TX, so if the handful of other DDBB'ers in this state are either interested, or know of a friend or barn who might be, here are the details:

Conestoga C-25 manure spreader (color: red, made in U.S.A.)
Ground drive w/3 speed ratchet apron
Pin hitch with foot jack PLUS extra wheel jack (an $80 value)
Dims: 120"L x 49" W x 28" box height
Weight w/tires: ~525 lbs.
20 cu ft capacity (~1-4 horses)
12 ga Cor-ten steel box w/ no rust polyvinyl floor (no more rusted out floors!)
Stainless steel T-rod apron chain (no more rusted chains!)
Replaceable "rooster comb" beater panels
Operator's manual w/warranty & parts list

That will sell fast if you list it locally! Manure spreaders are a hot commodity LOL Years ago I placed an add "looking for" a manure spreader, I got sooooo many calls from people wanting to buy a manure spreader if I found more than one to buy!

Yes, my ad is running in our local weekly paper (every Wednesday;) ) for 3 editions, plus a freebie horse mag, plus CL, plus another rural weekly paper. Hoping someone is interested since it is a great machine and I don't want it to go to waste.

Waved goodbye to my spreader this a.m. The buyer drove 4 hours to come pick it up . I dropped the price once more since gas prices are so high. Plus, he's an Aggie (went to Texas A&M) like me!

Took my truck in this a.m. for routine oil change and some other minor stuff. Major oil pan issues discovered. The $$ I got for the manure spreader will cover all but about $300 of the truck repairs...... Lucky me! I guess.
