What is the calf width?

Calf is 16 plus there is elastic panel. Please see pictures with tape measurement picture.

I can't get the photos to enlarge on either my desk top or iPad. I think these will be too wide. Thanks.

Edited to say I can see the photos fine on my Windows computer at work, but not on my Apple at home. Harumph.
