Is this poly/cotton blend or a denier outer fabric? Waterproof and/or breathable? Is there nylon or mesh lining? I'll try to PM since I'm interested. Thanx!

Additional description:

Top of vent at the forelegs is reinforced.
Velcro inside front

Shell: 100% polyester
Lining: 100% Nylon
Wither pad; 100% polyester

Outer shell is denier so waterproof but breathable.
Inner shell is nylon.

Clean by use of stiff brush to remove excess dirt and then hose with cool water.
Hand washing is recommended with mild soap.
If washed in machine, then front loader in mild temperature (30c/85F) on gentle setting.
Line dry. Do not tumble dry or dry clean.
No bleach.
