Avatar trouble

I'm having trouble making a picture small enough to use as an avatar. Any help would be appreciated!

Remember that avatars use a lot of bandwidth since they appear on all your posts. So, I have limited the size to 90 x 90

I understand. My issue is that I am having trouble figuring out how to make a photo that small.

I download an app to my phone to shrink my.photo. it's called photo scale. Search Google and see which works best with your phone

You can shrink any photo with paint. Just open the photo in paint and then click the resize button at the top.
