Experiences ordering from The Vet Shed?

If i can not find a more local source, I may end up ordering a dog toy from The Vet Shed and having it shipped to the US. specifically http://www.thevetshed.com.au/buy/christmas-cuddle-tug-toy-design-snowman/CPCUDTUG_93-CH61285. Just wondered if anyone has had any experiences ordering from them.

This was the first toy I got for a dog I adopted from a shelter last winter, and is his absolute favorite. I got it at TSC last year. Unfortunately, my dog eventually killed the toy over summer, now it is little more than a dirty rag. While I have gotten many other dog toys, in Loki's opinion, nothing compares to this snowman, even in its current form. Not even the other designs of this toy, such as the goat one I ordered from Amazon. I patiently waited for this snowman toy to show up in area stores for this Christmas season, on Amazon, or even to order from the company website. I even planned to buy spares this year. However, website ordering from the company that makes this toy continues to be down, it is not at TSC for the holiday season this year, the other stores in my area the company's website directs me to do not actually seem to have it, and the Christmas versions of this toy are not on Amazon.

At least my other dogs have picked non-seasonal toys to be their favorites, which makes them so much easier to replace when they get too worn out.

(Of course there is no guarantee that Loki will like a new snowman toy as much as his original snowman. But I won't know until I try. And yes, he's been an exceptionally god boy, fits in amazingly well with my other dogs, cats, goats, and horses.)

Contact Chewy.com. They have been so excellent at their customer service.

Thanks, but it does not look like this is a brand Chewy.com carries (charming pet), so I'm not sure they could get this toy.

I have tried contacting charming pet through their own website, no response yet. I also sent the same message to their Facebook page. Their phone number does not seem to be working either.

So, because the shipping from Australia was pretty cheap, the order has been placed and we will see how long it takes for the beloved snowmen to arrive.
