28 days smoke free
I’m happy to say I have gone 4 weeks without smoking. The bronchitis is in its last stages. I still have a bit of a wheeze and go to bed early. I’ll see my PCP later this week for a final check up. I rode today for 10 minutes and did half a trot circle.

Still smoke free. The bronchitis is going away. This morning was the first morning I didn’t wake up with a wheeze. I saw my PCP Monday for a checkup and at the end he said “let’s talk about your smoking.” I said I’ve smoke free since November 2 and intend to keep it that way.

Hey, nice job. I once tried to see how long I could go without French fries and I don’t think I made it to 28 days.

Re: 28 days smoke free
Riding wasn’t bad. We did about 10 minutes walk 10 minutes trot. There were cones already set up so 2 and 3 loop serpentines. I was done after about 20 minutes, so my instructor did canter work on Miss A, Ana rides her so well that Ariel looks like a fine ladies horse from the 1900s. Uses her hind end, bending joints, nicely round, carrying herself.
