Is Anyone Else Getting Signed Out All of the Time?

Every time I come back here, I have to sign in again, even though I click on "stay signed in." It's been happening for about three days.

Not every time. Maybe once a week or once every other week

Only if I'm on a different network — I always have to sign in on my cell phone, every visit.

E.g. if I'm out and about on my cell phone (and cellular network) v. ipad/laptop via my ISP.

I posted this an hour ago. I got signed out again. I'm not switching networks or anything. Sometimes I don't even close the laptop and am doing other this and come back and I'm signed out.

Is your browser set to clear cookies? Or are you using incognito?

I got signed out again. Nope, the browser doesn't clear cookies every hour. I do it manually very few months.

Definitely something has changed and it's hitting me hard!

No, mine is good. Are you opening a private browser, where it doesn't remember all your history?

I was getting signed out, but it miraculously fixed itself. I’ve stayed logged in for at least a week.

I just got signed out for the 4th time today.

No, Flight. I am using the same browser I have used forever. Sometimes I use different ones, but I've been on this one for weeks. This started 3/4 days ago.

PaulaO I hope mine also miraculously fixes itself. I don't even have to type everything in because my browser remembers it all, but it's just bizarre.

Absolutely nothing has changed! I have not made any changes in the way things are working. But I will try to take a look at this this weekend.

Just FYI, I am still signed out every single time I come back, whether it's been an hour or days. Sigh.

I hit a spot a while back (a month ago? two?) where if I logged in, I couldn't post anything because I was asked to sign in - which I already was. Nothing I did was helping. I just decided to wait it out, and one day it started to work again. Not sure what was happening.

Now I sign in, and if I come back the next day I need to sign in again - which is fine. At least I can post now.

A quick look at the boards about PHPBB show that this is some issue with the software. I have a few things I need to try.

Thanks Chisamba, but it hasn't changed a bit for me. I have to sign in every time. But, it's not a big deal. It just takes a very extra seconds.
