April 22 March for Science
Yep. You know the drill.
As opposed to the Women's March, the March for Science has actual CONSTITUENTS.
If you use a mobile phone, support your local march.
If you have ever taken a pill, support your march.
If you drive a car, support your march.
If you use a computer, support your march.
Our march is -- again -- non partisan, and a support and celebration of science. We will be partnering with our local ComicCon as well as local Earth Day activities, so number counts will be harder to come by -- who is there for ComicCon, who for the march? But it halves the work, and these are all like-minded people.
Marches in other areas of the country may not have this teaming-up.
ETA: My sign is going to read "Luddites for Science!"

Re: April 22 March for Science
Thanks for posting; I had not heard of this march. Science is definitely under attack.

My smallish city is planning an event. I will be thinking about a good sign!

As this gets closer, we should try to meet up. I'm coming alone.

Just to be clear - it's not my sign, just something I stumbled across on the interwebz.
Keep calm and canter on.
Re: April 22 March for Science
I wonder if there's going to be a march for science in Boston
Re: April 22 March for Science
Oooooh maybe I should go! Lol, maybe also bring some resumes too
Re: April 22 March for Science
Oh, hey.. good idea! Maybe I'll do the same. I'm deciding which march to attend. I did buy a few t-shirts to support the Boston march, though.

Re: April 22 March for Science
I'm in DC. With friends, staying with their daughter and her roomies (I'm WAY too old for this), while they booked a room near Arlington. Anyone else?
Re: April 22 March for Science
Tarlo Farm, please describe for us where were not able to attend, what it was like?
