I made this last night for my friend's 50th birthday party. OMG, it was soooooo yummy. The roast was incredibly tender and succulent. The caesar crust was very very tasty!

That looks delicious - except for the redness of the meat. I like my beef dead. Lol. I once sent a steak back at a restaurant telling the server that a good vet could have brought it back to life it was so rare.

Tuddy, I am the same as you. We cooked this to medium and it was delicious. I didn't even mind that it was "just" medium.
