Know any good refi/mortgage brokers in PA?

Asking for my niece who bought her house just 7 months ago but rates have dropped over a percentage point since then. I have a great one in MA but she doesn't work in PA. She needs to figure out if it's worth it to refi so soon after getting her first mortgage. I don't know how to determine at which point it's worth it for her to refi since mortgage interest is no longer deductible.
