Gratuitous pics of your horse(s)
@Anne posted a great pic of her horse in the Dressage Training forum and I wondered if you all had any to share. I took this one when a tree guy caught our guys' attention, and then they all ran for safety. I love watching them in the field.

I really should be better at taking pictures of the other two.. but at least the breeder of this one is pretty great about sending pictures.

Re: Gratuitous pics of your horse(s)
I need to get some recent photos of Anz ... but, Maia and I had a "does this saddle make my butt look big?" photo shoot Short answer: Yes! No matter how girly stands, she's got a big ol' butt
In perfect happenstance, I caught a few pics of this face. A close up is now DH's lock screen Don't mess with *my* phone. I get even
Maia really is a cute redhead <3 It's not the bleached out beach bum look as she had as a baby, but still pretty adorable.

Re: Gratuitous pics of your horse(s)
Thank you for the joyful thread. Here are some shots of my dear Emi:
This one is from October 2020, after she cracked a molar. We rode bitless for awhile until she was more comfortable. This was our first ride in it. Her "frankenstein scar" (from before she came to me) is very obvious here!

This is why I am alive fittish and sane. Lewyn is a special little package. I could wish he was bigger but then I wouldn't have been able to ride him when I was at my worst physically. This was taken last weekend at our state titles.

Well I was hoping to get some candid pictures of my three today and I guess I did. It appears that I wore my guys out this morning. I thought each did very well and managed to show some progress in our training but I really didn't think I over did it with anyone.....LOL.
The view from my back patio when I went out to feed the guys lunch.
I think I broke him.......he is trotting pretty well around under saddle now

Haha, poor tuckered ponies! That reminds me of the first real ride I put on my appy, Maya, when I started her. We did maybe 15 minutes in the saddle and trotted 2x around the arena. I put her back in her pen and came back 5 minutes later and she was flat out on her side exhaustipated.
Keep calm and canter on.

They are all beautiful and obviously well loved. I love all the pictures except the ones of horses laying down. Just a personal and odd thing of mine. How does one post pictures here? I've never figured that out.
(Hey, to my dear friend, Madi. If you maybe wondered where I was on Facebook they kicked me off. Lightning struck my old computer and when I got a new one they were convinced I was trying to infiltrate them and won't let me back on.)

Hello Rockabilly! To post pics - hit reply. Look below this big white box to the 2 tabs options/attachments.
Click on attachments and then add files.
It will allow you to browse your files where your pics are stored.
I always have to condense my pictures or will get a message that file is too large.
The easiest way for me to do this is to open the pics BEFORE I download in above steps, and right click on resize. I then get multiple options and choose the smallest option. You will rename and save (make sure you save back to where you got original for ease in finding!). Your computer may vary.
So with new resized/renamed pic, you can go through above steps and the pic will show up in attachments. You then click on "Place inline" (under FILENAME) to upload to your pic. The file will go to where the cursor is, so be aware of that. You can also delete if you want to, you will see that option where your uploaded files are listed. Hope this helps! Pictures please!
TROUBLE ANYONE?

One of these days I’ll figure out how to post. The computer instructions don’t work for me since all of my pictures are on my phone. I rarely get on the computer unless I’m paying bills.
So can we post pics directly from our phone?

I upload them to the Flickr app from my phone. When you look at them on Flickr, they provide photo links under the share options. Usually phone pics are too big to be posted as attachments.

Re: Gratuitous pics of your horse(s)
Since I have no good recent photos of Anz (I need to fix that, bad, bad horse person!), here are a few of her from a few years ago. She's teeny and delicate compared to her baby.
I find this one a bit amusing. Anz sneezed and sprung a leak, just like me We've spent far too much of the past 22 years together, and adopted one another's quirks I guess
And more Maia, as a 2yo. She completely obliterated the pasture side of mom's beans. The cucumbers the following summer weren't as interesting. Or perhaps it was the hot chicken wire?

Sue, I love the Tio photobomb! Nice shot of you both.
Maia leaning into the garden is hysterical.
I actually love the horses resting/sleeping shots, you know, when they are.
MM's grinch and Santa shots are precious too.
I should have gotten a photo yesterday of Emi failing to hand graze in snow...she was like "where did the grass go? Why is it cold? Who did this to us??!!"
I appreciate this thread of good vibes!
