Outdoor cat deterrent

Hello 
We’ve got someone’s outdoor cat that is liking to come up on our porch and spray....knowing we have a fixed male cat indoors. 
I love cats and am not wanting to hurt it, but this has got to stop. Any suggestions? I was thinking wolf pee granules or something as a perimeter around our porch.
