Wow, the PRE is a new breed for me, and I'm seeing the toeing in often. Before I move forward with a PPE, etc. I wanted to get a take from ya'll on these front hooves ( looks like the new growth is coming in very very upright...??), and the towing in. Filly is 1, very large boned, and will be for dressage.

I'll be speaking with my vet today too, but thoughts from experience, are always welcome!

I would be suspicious that there are joint changes in the fronts that are causing the toeing in.

I also don't like the way the horse toes out on the hinds about as much as it toes in on the fronts.

The photo of all four legs from the right side of the horse shows a classic representation of right-sided laterality, as described by Kerry Ridgway. Note how the fronts and the right hind (three feet) all point to the right, and the left hind points to the left.

I don't mind a little toe-in or out, but that would be way too much for me. I like the angles, but don't care for the way she uses her left front and can't really tell how she uses her hinds.
