Lettia Cool Max pad
Anyone use this? Does it work? Miss A gets hot under her saddle. A bit damp and warm. I use a standard quilted pad next to her, with a sheepskin half pad on top. Last few rides I put the sheepskin next to her skin and same thing. I was hoping the sheepskin would keep her cool but nope.

No personal experience here, but I was just looking at those the other day myself and wondering if they were any good.

Re: Lettia Cool Max pad
I have 3 of them - I do like them as they dry very, very quick and they do seem to absorb lots of sweat. Do they keep her drier??? Not really sure about that as she is a heavy sweater. They are nice and light weight. I got mine when Smartpak was having a free embroidery day.
I did have a problem with one of them - I only washed it one time and the stitching around the wither area came undone in the washer.
Since I bought it from Smartpak - I called to see if it was covered under any warranty - which it was not - but, Smartpak was kind enough to give me 60% off my original price. Good job Spartpak1!
I can probably get it re-sewn but the fabric did fray a little.

Yes, the ones with the light blue underside? they are nice pads! I don't think they are especially cool, but better than most.

Yes - Ryeissa the ones with the light blue underside.
I also love my Ogily pad - the underside is so soft and it washes (even in my top load) beautifully ! I don't use it on super hot/humid days as it takes a long time to dry compared to the Lettia.

Just be careful when washing it, do it on gentle cycle.

I rode in it today. It’s about 75 degrees with 100% humidity. Not tremendously hot, but icky. Miss A. gets hot under her saddle, and wet. Not dripping wet, but sweaty. Today she wasn’t as hot under the saddle, didn’t sweat as much, and her wet spots were cool and dried quickly. The pad itself stayed dry. I give it a thumbs up.
