Orange Cornmeal Cake

Just wanted to share a dessert recipe that puts together quickly and also makes a nice visual appearance with an interesting texture.

It definitely benefits from waiting a day to eat and gets even better on day 2. It's delicious with a sprinkling of raspberries!

Did you try it? It's very good (particularly after a day or 2), the cornmeal gives it an interesting texture.
