Helmet Awareness Day doesn't seem to be quite an official thing this year, but several retailers are, or will starting Friday, offer 20% off, if you need to replace or are ready to upgrade to MIPS.
Riding Warehouse is already showing markdowns.
Others offering discounts this weekend are Equus Now!, SmartPak (I think), Adam's Horse Supply, Big D Web and Jeffer's Vet Supply. Probably others too.
Just a PSA!

Re: Helmet Awareness - 20% Off...
I ended up ordering the One K wide brim MIPS helmet in gray. I was eying the new Charles Owen Halo, but apparently under a recall and still $$$ with the discount, so it's probably better. The One K has the changeable panels, so maybe I'll switch it up later for fun. Bright orange perhaps.

Keep calm and canter on.

I am a big fan of OneKs for fit, comfort and style! Need to order a back-up.

Re: Helmet Awareness - 20% Off...
I tried on a ton of MIPS last year, and ended up with the CO My PS. Our Dover didn't have everything in stock, but the One K and Trauma Void they did have were a big fat no, unless I wanted to return to the days of helmet-induced migraine.
And, no, I didn't replace it after my fall last year. Probably should have, but it definitely didn't touch the ground, and no head trauma. I landed in wet sand and my back was coated, so it would have been really clear.

Thanks! I’m trying a trauma void ordered from smartpak. I usually ride in a Tipperary because of my oval head shape. Hopefully it fits!

Re: Helmet Awareness - 20% Off...
The TraumaVoid EQ3 didn't work for me at all, but I bought the Lynx last year before starting Tesla, and that's been my schooling helmet ever since. It was kind of painful to throw my old One K in the trash the other day, but I checked the manufacture date - 2011. I think I bought it in 2014-15?
I think my head is round... at least I hope so because that's what I ordered. My old One K's only had the size, not the shape on the label. Many sunglasses are too narrow for me and squeeze my temples, so I'm assuming I'm more thick-headed side to side than front to back.
